Ar ôl cyflwyno cynllun peilot llwyddiannus, mae Comic Relief wedi cadarnhau rownd newydd o gyllid i ariannu gweithredu a arweinir gan y gymuned gan sicrhau newid cymdeithasol cadarnhaol, parhaol ledled Cymru. Dewch i ymuno â CVSC am sesiwn wybodaeth ar-lein rhad ac am ddim i ymgeiswyr. Byddwn yn mynd trwy'r canllawiau ac yn ateb unrhyw gwestiynau sydd gennych.
