CYNHADLEDD DEEP
Mae DEEP (Datblygu Arfer a Gyfoethogir gan Dystiolaeth ) yn ddull cyfunol o archwilio a defnyddio mathau amrywiol o dystiolaeth wrth ddatblygu polisi ac ymarfer. Mae'n canolbwyntio'n gryf ar ffyrdd perthynol o ddysgu a chydweithio gan ddefnyddio straeon a deialog ofalgar, adfyfyriol. Dull penodol o archwilio a defnyddio tystiolaeth wrth ddatblygu polisi ac ymarfer sydd wedi’i datblygu a’i chymhwyso yng Nghymru yw DEEP. Mae’n cyd-fynd ag ysbryd Deddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014 yn yr ystyr ei fod yn berthynol ac yn ymatebol yn ei ddull o ddysgu a datblygu ar y cyd gan ddefnyddio tystiolaeth. DEEP CONFERENCE
DEEP (Developing Evidence Enriched Practice ) is a collective approach to exploring and using diverse types of evidence in policy and practice development. It has a strong focus on relational ways of learning and working together using stories and caring, reflective dialogue.  DEEP is a particular approach to exploring and using evidence in policy and practice development that has been developed and applied in Wales. It is in tune with the spirit of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 in that it is relational and responsive in its approach to collective learning and development using evidence.
