We want the support of unpaid carers, health and social care professionals, professional bodies and policy makers in health, social care or with an interest in unpaid carers.  Rydym eisiau cefnogaeth gofalwyr di-dâl, gweithwyr iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol proffesiynol, cyrff proffesiynol a llunwyr polisi ym maes iechyd, gofal cymdeithasol neu sydd â diddordeb mewn gofalwyr di-dâl.

Carer Aware aims to transform recognition and support for unpaid carers in health and social care through co-productive approaches. Nod Ymwybodol o Ofalwyr yw trawsnewid cydnabyddiaeth a chymorth i ofalwyr di-dâl ym maes iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol trwy ddulliau cydgynhyrchiol.
During 2022-23, our training reached more than 300 health and social care professionals, supporting them to be carer aware and to support unpaid carers to realise their rights under the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014. Yn ystod 2022-23, cyrhaeddodd ein hyfforddiant fwy na 300 o weithwyr iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol proffesiynol, gan eu cefnogi i fod yn ymwybodol o ofalwyr ac i gefnogi gofalwyr di-dâl i wireddu eu hawliau o dan Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014.
