Business Development Manager
Salary Grade/ Rate: £29,250 per annum
Hours: Full Time – 37.5hrs per week
Annual Leave: 35 days pro rata (including bank holidays)
Responsible to: CEO
Contract: One-year fixed term contract initially (with a possibility of extension dependent on income generated)
Closing Date: 12 Noon, 6^th July

To develop and deliver a robust Business Development Strategy for Conwy Mind that provides clear aims and objectives around generating unrestricted income through the sale of our services, initially External Training offers, Workplace Wellbeing and therapeutic services.

Trainer
Salary Grade/ Rate: £25,539 per annum
Hours: Full Time – 37.5hrs per week
Annual Leave: 35 days pro rata (including bank holidays)
Responsible to: CEO
Contract: One-year fixed term contract initially (with a possibility of extension dependent on income generated)

Conwy Mind provides a training offer to their ever-growing list of services it provides to the people of Conwy. However, we need to expand this offer, hence the need for this role. We recognise the importance of removing stigma of Mental Health issues by raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing. Additionally, to provide a broad range of accredited and bespoke mental health training to the public, private, third and community sectors, as well as condition specific interventions for people experiencing issues with their mental health. This post is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to join our busy team. We would expect the post holder to have a good understanding of the issues facing people experiencing issues with their mental health and wellbeing. Ideally applicants will have both recent experience of working with people directly in a support and/or educational role and a proven training ability.
