Dyddiadau Hyfforddiant RGC/RGC / Guide Digital - Mental Health Literacy Training For All

Hello,

I am emailing from Action for Children Cymru to invite you to attend our FREE online Mental Health Literacy training that we are running for those working or living in Abergele in partnership with the Rygbi Gogledd Cymru (RGC).
Our aim is to help the communities around young people become Mental Health Literate in order to support their mental health, know when and where to seek help for their mental health and to reduce the stigma around mental health.

I have attached a leaflet with further details about our training.
If you are interested in the training you can book onto the training dates below, we are also able to add additional training dates if we have 8 or more participants, please do get in touch if you would like to book as a group and please do share with your networks in the area who work or support young people. We will also be offering a group for parents shortly, if you would be interested in sharing these dates please do let us know and we will forward them on to yourselves.

Os oes gennych ddiddordeb yn yr hyfforddiant gallwch archebu lle ar y dyddiadau hyfforddi isod, rydym hefyd yn gallu ychwanegu dyddiadau hyfforddi ychwanegol os oes gennym 8 neu fwy o gyfranogwyr, cysylltwch â ni os hoffech archebu fel grŵp a gwnewch rhannu gyda'ch rhwydweithiau yn yr ardal sy'n gweithio neu'n cefnogi pobl ifanc. Byddwn hefyd yn cynnig grŵp i rieni yn fuan, os oes gennych ddiddordeb mewn rhannu'r dyddiadau hyn gadewch i ni wybod a byddwn yn eu hanfon ymlaen atoch chi.
