As well as the numerous grants that CVSC administer, we also have a Sustainable Funding Officer who can assist groups within Conwy who may not be eligible for our own grant funds or are looking for match funding.

Our Funding Officer can:

Mae Awdurdodau Lleol Conwy a Sir Ddinbych wedi dyrannu rhywfaint o gyllid yn benodol i gefnogi prosiectau a gweithgareddau lleol sydd o fudd i bobl awtistig a / neu eu teuluoedd. 

Er nad yw’r gronfa wedi’i chyfyngu i sefydliadau’r trydydd sector, rhoddir blaenoriaeth i weithgareddau a phrosiectau’r trydydd sector ac i’r sefydliadau hynny sydd â phrofiad o ddarparu cefnogaeth / gweithgareddau i / ar gyfer pobl awtistig.

Os hoffech wneud cais am gyllid o hyd at £7,500, darllenwch y canllawiau llawn a chyflwynwch eich cais erbyn 30/10/23.

Conwy and Denbighshire Local Authorities have allocated some funding specifically to support local projects and activities that benefit autistic people and / or their families. 

Although the fund is not limited to 3^rd sector organisations, priority will be given to 3^rd sector activities and projects, and to those organisations who have experience of providing support / activities to / for autistic people.

If you would like to apply for funding of up to £7,500, please read the full guidance and submit your application by 30/10/23.

Mae pryniant ar-lein yn fwy na dim ond rhodd i easyfundraising. Gallai olygu mwy o arian i'ch sefydliad chi, sy'n golygu mwy o gymorth i'r rhai sy'n dibynnu ar eich gwasanaethau.

Gall gwirfoddolwyr a chefnogwyr ennill arian i'ch sefydliad drwy siopa ar-lein gyda mwy na 8,000 o adwerthwyr, fel Amazon, John Lewis, Boden, Go Outdoors, Superdrug, Aldi, Wilkos, Lakeland, Not on the High Street, a llawer mwy. Mae'r rhodd yn cael ei chyfrannu yn uniongyrchol gan yr adwerthwr fel diolch am siopa gyda nhw, felly nid yw'n costio dim i'ch sefydliad chi, na'r gwirfoddolwyr neu'r cefnogwyr.

Mae Easyfundraising yn ffordd syml iawn i'ch sefydliad godi arian drwy gydol y flwyddyn. Mae'n rhad ac am ddim i gofrestru a defnyddio. Gall redeg yn y cefndir tra rydych chi'n canolbwyntio ar yr hyn sydd wir yn bwysig: gweithredu eich sefydliad yn effeithlon.

10 cyngor doeth ar gyfer llenwi cais am grant

Gall cwblhau cais am grant fod yn dasg heriol, ond gyda chynllunio gofalus a sylw i fanylder, gallwch gynyddu eich siawns o lwyddo. Dyma 10 cyngor doeth ar gyfer cwblhau cais am grant:

1. Darllen y canllawiau yn ofalus: Cyn i chi ddechrau llenwi'r cais, adolygwch y canllawiau grant a ddarperir gan y sefydliad ariannu yn drylwyr. Rhowch sylw i feini prawf cymhwysedd, terfynau amser, ac unrhyw ofynion penodol.
2. Dechrau yn gynnar: Yn aml mae angen cryn dipyn o amser ac ymdrech ar gyfer ceisiadau grant. Dechreuwch y broses ymhell ymlaen llaw i osgoi straen munud olaf ac i sicrhau bod gennych ddigon o amser i gasglu'r holl ddogfennau a gwybodaeth angenrheidiol.
3. Teilwra eich cynnig: Addaswch eich cais i gyd-fynd â nodau a blaenoriaethau penodol y rhaglen grant. Amlygwch sut mae eich prosiect yn cyd-fynd â chenhadaeth ac amcanion y cyllidwr.
4. Datblygu naratif sy'n cymell: Creu naratif clir a llawn cymhelliant sy'n esbonio pwrpas, arwyddocâd a chanlyniadau disgwyliedig eich prosiect. Defnyddiwch iaith sy'n hawdd ei deall, heb gynnwys unrhyw jargon.
5. Cyllidebu'n ofalus: Ewch ati i greu cyllideb fanwl a rhesymegol sy'n adlewyrchu'n fanwl gywir y costau sy'n gysylltiedig â'ch prosiect. Gwnewch yn siŵr bod eich treuliau yn cyd-fynd â nodau'r grant.
6. Darparu dogfennau ategol: Cynhwyswch yr holl ddogfennau ategol y gofynnir amdanynt, fel llythyrau cefnogaeth, datganiadau ariannol, a chaniatadau neu drwyddedau perthnasol. Gwnewch yn siŵr eu bod yn drefnus ac yn hawdd i adolygwyr ddod o hyd iddynt.
7. Mynd i'r afael â'r meini prawf gwerthuso: Rhowch sylw manwl i'r meini prawf gwerthuso sydd wedi cael eu hamlinellu yn y canllawiau ymgeisio. Gwnewch yn siŵr bod eich cynnig yn mynd i'r afael â phob maen prawf yn glir ac yn argyhoeddiadol.
8. Prawfddarllen a golygu: Adolygwch eich cais am wallau sillafu a gramadegol. Mae'n syniad da i rywun arall ei adolygu hefyd. Mae cynnwys clir, wedi'i olygu'n dda, yn cyfleu proffesiynoldeb a sylw i fanylder.
9. Dilyn y cyfarwyddiadau cyflwyno: Cyflwynwch eich cais yn unol â'r cyfarwyddiadau yn y canllawiau. Efallai y bydd rhai cyllidwyr angen cyflwyniadau ar-lein, tra bo eraill yn ffafrio copïau papur. Gwiriwch ddwywaith bod yr holl ddeunyddiau gofynnol wedi'u cynnwys.
10. Gofyn am adborth: Cyn cyflwyno eich cais, gofynnwch i gydweithwyr, mentoriaid, neu gymheiriaid roi adborth adeiladol. Gallant gynnig gwybodaeth werthfawr a dod o hyd i unrhyw wendidau yn eich cynnig.
