Rydym ar hyn o bryd yn chwilio er mwyn nodi mynychwyr gweithdy i’r Comisiwn Seilwaith Cenedlaethol Cymru (gweler isod) ac roeddwn yn meddwl, a fyddech yn gallu ein cefnogi drwy helpu i nodi unigolion, rhwydweithiau a cynyrchiolwyr a fydda â diddordeb i ymuno â’r gweithdai ac os yn bosibl cylchredeg y mynegiant o ddiddordeb isod iddynt. Gweithdai Rheoli Effeithiau Llifogydd yng Nghymru 2050: Bae Colwyn 5ed Rhagfyr & Rhondda Cynon Taff, 7ed Rhagfyr 2023 Mae Comisiwn Seilwaith Cenedlaethol Cymru (CSCC) yn cynnal asesiad cenedlaethol o sut y gallwn reoli’r perygl o lifogydd a newid hinsawdd ledled Cymru, a chefnogi ein cymunedau a’n seilwaith i addasu a meithrin cydnerthedd mewn ardaloedd sy’n dueddol o ddioddef llifogydd a lle mae lefel y môr yn codi. Rydym yn chwilio am gyfranogwyr i gymryd rhan mewn dau weithdy creadigol ac archwiliadol yng Ngogledd a De Cymru, lle byddwn yn trafod gweledigaeth ar gyfer Cymru sy’n gallu gwrthsefyll llifogydd yn y dyfodol. Dear Could you help us with the following request? We are currently looking to identify workshop attendees for the National Infrastructure Commission for Wales (see below) and were wondering if you would be able to support us in helping to identify individuals, networks or representatives who may be interested in joining the workshops and, if possible, circulating the expression of interest below to them. Managing Flood Impacts in Wales 2050 workshops: Colwyn Bay, 5th December & Rhondda Cynon Taff, 7th December 2023 The National Infrastructure Commission for Wales (NICW) is undertaking a nationwide assessment into how, across Wales, we can manage flood risk and climate change, and support our communities and infrastructure to adapt and build resilience in areas prone to flooding and rising sea levels. NICW was established in 2018 as an independent, non-statutory, advisory body, further details are available here: https://nationalinfrastructurecommission.wales/2023/06/09/progress-on-flooding/. __________________________________________________________ Open call-out / expression of interest: Would you like to be involved in an important conversation around how we can build a future Wales more resilient to flood risk and rising sea-levels due to climate change? We are looking for participants to be involved in two creative and exploratory workshops in North and South Wales where we will explore a future vision for a flood resilient Wales.
