Ydych chi'n sefydliad neu'n grŵp cymunedol lleol sydd eisiau grymuso gwirfoddolwyr a chefnogi eu cyfraniadau amhrisiadwy?

Dyma’r lle i chi! Mae ein Cronfa Cefnogi Gwirfoddolwyr wedi cael ei chynllunio gyda gwirfoddolwyr mewn golwg, gan ddarparu cymorth ariannol i dalu eu costau. Boed yn gostau teithio, ffioedd archwiliad gan y DBS, neu gostau gofal, rydyn ni yma i gefnogi! Ein nod ni yw lleddfu’r baich ariannol a gwneud gwirfoddoli’n fwy hygyrch, gan feithrin ysbryd cymunedol cryfach a ffyniannus. Gwnewch gais nawr a gadewch i ni weithio gyda'n gilydd i greu newid cadarnhaol a gwneud gwahaniaeth!

I ddechrau elwa o’r Gronfa Cefnogi Gwirfoddolwyr, llenwch y ffurflen Mynegi Diddordeb, ac ar ôl i chi gyflwyno’r ffurflen byddwn yn ei hadolygu ac os ydych chi’n barod i ymuno â’r cynllun, byddwn yn anfon y canllawiau a’r ffurflen gais atoch chi.

To start benefit form Volunteer Support Fund, please complete the Expression of Interest form, once you submit the form we will review and if you are ready to join the scheme, we’ll send you the guidelines and application form.
