Family Volunteering Club Local Coordinator

Family Volunteering Club (FVC) is looking for an enthusiastic, capable and compassionate person to become our Local Coordinator for Conwy!

We are excited that with support from WCVA, Family Volunteering Club will be coming to Conwy! Between November 2025 - August 2026 the Local Coordinator will work with the local community to plan and then deliver a programme of 15 family-friendly volunteering sessions. The role is 30 hours per month (spread roughly as 1 day per week), which can be completed flexibly around other work and personal commitments.

 Terms: 

• Dates: November 2025 - August 2026 (10 months) 
• Freelance, fixed-term contract (with potential to extend, subject to funding) 
• Part-time, 1 day per week (30 hours a month) plus session delivery 
• Total project fee: £5,250 (see breakdown below) 
• Flexible hours - planning can be fitted around other work and any caring responsibilities 
• You must have availability to run x15 FVC sessions (90mins each) between March - July 2026, which may take place on weekends, weekdays or during school holidays 
• The role is subject to two professional references and a DBS check
