Mae amser o hyd i wneud cais am y Grant dan Arweiniad Pobl Ifanc!

Bydd y Grant dan Arweiniad Ieuenctid Conwy yn cael ei weinyddu gan CGGC mewn cydweithrediad â WCVA a Llywodraeth Cymru. Mae'r cynllun wedi'i gynllunio er mwyn gallu clywed lleisiau arweinwyr ifanc ac mae'n cynnig cymorth ariannol i brosiectau llawr gwlad fydd yn cyfoethogi ein cymunedau. Rydyn ni am i chi roi hwb i'ch prosiectau a'ch gweithgareddau gwirfoddoli eich hun. P'un a yw'n mynd i'r afael â newid yn yr hinsawdd, cefnogi iechyd meddwl, neu'n sbarduno rhywfaint o gelf gymunedol, eich llwyfan chi yw - disgleiriwch!

Mae ceisiadau'n cael eu hadolygu'n drylwyr gan banel o unigolion ifanc 14-25 oed, gan sicrhau bod hanfod a dyheadau ieuenctid Conwy ar flaen y gad o ran gwneud penderfyniadau.

Bydd y ceisiadau'n cau 23 Mai 2025. Rhaid i bob prosiect gael ei gwblhau a'i gyfrif erbyn 31 Awst 2026. 

There's still time to apply for the Youth Led Grant!

The Conwy Youth Led Grant is administered by CVSC in collaboration with WCVA and the Welsh Government. The scheme is designed to amplify the voices of young leaders and offers financial support for grassroots projects aimed at enriching our communities. We're all about giving YOU the green light to kickstart your own volunteering projects and activities. Whether it's tackling climate change, supporting mental health, or sparking up some community art, the stage is yours to shine!

Applications undergo thorough review by a panel of young individuals aged 14-25, ensuring that the essence and aspirations of Conwy's youth are at the forefront of decision-making.

Applications will close on 23rd May 2025. Projects must be completed and accounted for by 31st August 2026.
