Mae Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr ar y gorwel – ac mae’n amser dathlu calon ein cymunedau: ein gwirfoddolwyr anhygoel!

Fel rhan o ddathliadau Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr eleni, rydym yn falch iawn o’ch gwahodd i Ddigwyddiad Dathlu arbennig lle byddwn yn cydnabod cyfraniad rhagorol gwirfoddolwyr ledled ein sir.

Hoffem eich annog i ddangos eich gwerthfawrogiad i’r bobl ryfeddol hynny sy’n helpu eich sefydliad i ffynnu, trwy eu henwebu ar gyfer Tystysgrif Cydnabyddiaeth Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr.

Llenwch y ffurflen sydd ynghlwm neu defnyddiwch ein ffurflen ddigidol YMA.

🎉 Yn ystod y noson, bydd y gwirfoddolwyr a enwebwyd yn cael eu cyflwyno â’u tystysgrifau, ac yna bydd lluniaeth ar gael ac amser i gymdeithasu a dal i fyny gyda chydweithwyr hen a newydd.

Er mwyn sicrhau lle i bawb, rydym yn gwahodd pob sefydliad i ddod ag uchafswm o 3 gwirfoddolwr a 1 aelod o staff. Rhowch wybod i ni os oes gennych chi neu'ch gwirfoddolwyr unrhyw ofynion penodol.

🗓 Dyddiad cau ar gyfer enwebiadau: Dydd Llun, 25 Mai 2026

Rydych yn fwy na chroeso i enwebu rhagor o wirfoddolwyr a chasglu eu tystysgrifau ar y noson neu drefnu i ni ymweld â’u man gwirfoddoli i'w cyflwyno’n bersonol.

Gadewch inni roi’r gydnabyddiaeth y maent yn ei haeddu i'n gwirfoddolwyr – edrychwn ymlaen at ddathlu gyda chi!

Volunteers’ Week is just around the corner – and it’s time to celebrate the heart of our communities: our incredible volunteers!

As part of this year’s Volunteers’ Week celebrations, we’re excited to invite you to a special Celebratory Event where we’ll recognise the outstanding contribution of volunteers across our county.

📅 When? Tuesday 2nd June 2026, from 6pm
📍Where? Festival Church Old Colwyn, 317 Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay, LL29 9YF

We would like to encourage you to show your appreciation to those amazing people who help your organisation to thrive, by nominating them for a Volunteers’ Week Certificate of Recognition. 

👉 How to nominate:
Simply complete the attached form or fill in our digital form HERE.

🎉 On the evening, nominated volunteers will be presented with their certificates, followed by refreshments and a chance to mingle and reconnect with colleagues, old and new.

To ensure we can accommodate everyone, each organisation is invited to bring up to 3 volunteers and 1 staff member. Please let us know if you or your volunteers have any specific requirements.

🗓 Deadline for nominations: Monday, 25th May 2026

You’re more than welcome to nominate additional volunteers and either collect their certificates at the event or arrange for us to visit their place of volunteering to present them in person.
