Ar ddiwrnod hyfryd o heulog ar 23 Mai, roeddem yn falch iawn o ymuno â chymuned Llanddulas a Rhyd-y-Foel ar gyfer agoriad
swyddogol Pebbles Hwb. Gyda chefnogaeth o £50,000 o Gronfa Gymunedol Gwynt y Môr a £10,000 o Gronfa Gymunedol Ffermydd Gwynt y Rhyl, mae’r prosiect wedi trawsnewid adeilad adfeiliedig yn siop, caffi a gofod rhoddion bywiog a chroesawgar i’r gymuned gyfan ei fwynhau. Roedd Elgan Owen, Prif Swyddog, yn falch o fod yn bresennol ochr yn ochr â chynrychiolwyr lleol ac aelodau’r gymuned, gan nodi carreg filltir bwysig i bawb oedd ynghlwm. Roedd ymdeimlad cryf o falchder drwy gydol y diwrnod, yn adlewyrchu’r amser, yr ymdrech a’r ysbryd cymunedol sydd wedi mynd i wireddu Pebbles Hwb. Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at weld Pebbles Hwb yn parhau i ddatblygu fel gofod gwerthfawr
i’r gymuned, gan ddod â budd i drigolion ac ymwelwyr am flynyddoedd i ddod.
| On a beautiful sunny day on 23 May, we were delighted to join the Llanddulas and Rhyd-y-Foel community for the official opening of Pebbles
Hwb. Supported by £50,000 from the Gwynt y Môr Community Fund and £10,000 from the Rhyl Flats Community Fund, the project has transformed a derelict building into a bright and welcoming shop, café and gift space for the whole community to enjoy. Elgan Owen,
Chief Officer, was pleased to attend alongside local representatives and community members, marking an important milestone for everyone involved. There was a real sense of pride throughout the day, reflecting the time, effort and community spirit that has gone into bringing Pebbles Hwb to life. We look forward to seeing Pebbles Hwb continue to grow as a valued community space, benefiting both residents and visitors
for years to come.

Mae Clwb yr Efail yn glwb
dydd cymdeithasol ar gyfer pobl dros 65 oed sy'n byw yn ardal Conwy. Mae'r clwb ar agor bedwar i bum diwrnod yr wythnos, gan ddarparu lle croesawgar lle gall aelodau fwynhau lluniaeth y bore, cinio dau gwrs, a the prynhawn. Ar hyn o bryd, maent yn chwilio am Drysorydd newydd i ymuno ag Ymddiriedolwyr Clwb yr Efail. Maent yn chwilio am rywun sydd â phrofiad o reolaeth ariannol, yn ddelfrydol gyda gwybodaeth
am gyfrifon a gofynion Comisiwn Elusennau. Bydd y rôl yn cynnwys cyfranogiad rheolaidd (yn wythnosol) i helpu i sicrhau bod y systemau ariannol yn rhedeg yn esmwyth, gan gynnwys cynnal cofnodion a goruchwylio incwm a gwariant. Maent hefyd yn chwilio am wirfoddolwyr i gefnogi ei haelodau a helpu i gyfrannu at yr awyrgylch cyfeillgar a chefnogol yn y clwb.
| Clwb yr Efail is a social day club for people aged
over 65 living in the Conwy area. The club is open four to five days a week, providing a welcoming space where members can enjoy morning refreshments, a two-course lunch, and afternoon tea. They are currently looking for a new Treasurer to join the Clwb yr Efail Trustees. They are seeking someone with experience in financial management, ideally with knowledge of accounts and Charity Commission requirements. The role involves regular (weekly) involvement to help keep the
financial systems running smoothly, including maintaining records and overseeing income and expenditure. They are also looking for volunteers to support their members and help contribute to the friendly, supportive atmosphere at the club.

Who is eligible to apply? UK registered charities, CIOs, CICs limited by guarantee and charitable CBSs/non-charitable CBSs with an asset lock with an annual income of under £500,000 are eligible. To check your eligibility, please take our short quiz here. How to apply: You will need to register your interest in applying. Registration will be open for one week from 12pm (midday) on Wednesday 8th July, to 12pm (midday) on Wednesday 15th July. During this time,
please register your interest on our Apply for Funding webpage (this will take 2 to 3 minutes). On Thursday 16th July, all registered applicants will receive confirmation of whether they have been allocated a place on the funding
round along with details of how to apply. If there are more applicants registered than places available, places will be allocated at random. The7Stars Foundation exists to support the most vulnerable and overlooked young
people in the UK (aged 18 and under), providing essential support, skills, and hope for a brighter future. The current available grants are: Child Poverty: Funding spanning two years, created to give organisations the freedom and stability to develop
ambitious, long-term responses to the complex realities of child poverty. With unrestricted support and the possibility of added media and communications guidance, charities are empowered to address the root causes of poverty and build sustainable change for those who need them most. Closing date: 13/07/27 Social Impact: Helping charities make a meaningful difference tackling key societal issues affecting young people such as child exploitation, mental health, LGBTQ+ inclusion, anti-racism, and online abuse. Our long-term funding across two years offers support so organisations can focus on what matters most. Closing date: 13/07/27 Individual Funding: Providing small, one-off grants to safeguarding professionals – such as social workers, lawyers, and school outreach officers – on behalf of a young person in need. Funding is designed to give the opportunity, stability, and healing the young person needs to move forward.
