NODYN ATGOFFA Ymatebion gan deuluoedd / REMINDER Responses from families

Published: Fri, 11/11/22

Annwyl bawb,

Ychydig cyn hanner tymor fe ofynnon ni am eich cefnogaeth i rannu'r arolwg (plîs gweler y linc isod.) Hyd yn hyn dim ond chwe ymateb rydym wedi derbyn.

Er mwyn cynyddu hyrwyddiad cyrsiau Solihull Approach, byddem wrth ein boddau petaem yn derbyn mwy o adborth gan deuluoedd sydd wedi dechrau neu wedi cwblhau unrhyw un o'r cyrsiau.

Beth allwch chi ei wneud i helpu?

I gyflawni hyn, byddem yn gwerthfawrogi eich cefnogaeth i annog teuluoedd i gwblhau arolwg. Bydd casglu eu barn yn ein helpu i ddangos gwerth y cyrsiau wrth gefnogi teuluoedd ar draws Gogledd Cymru. Ni ddylai’r ffurflen gymryd mwy na 5 munud i’w gwblhau a bydd yn ddienw.

Byddwn yn cadw'r arolwg yn fyw am y 12 mis nesaf er mwyn coladu ymatebion. Gellir cael mynediad i’r arolwg trwy'r linc yma, a gall gael ei rannu gyda'r teuluoedd rydych yn gweithio gyda fel y gwelwch chi orau.

Os ydych yn gweithio mewn Ysgol neu leoliad Cyn Ysgol, byddem yn ddiolchgar pe gallech rannu’r ddolen ar gyfer yr arolwg yn eich Cylchlythyr nesaf neu ar eich ap School Gateway.

I gofrestru ar unrhyw un o gyrsiau Solihull Approach, ewch i www.inourplace.co.uk a defnyddio cod mynediad NWSOL.

Fel bob amser, gwerthfawrogir eich cefnogaeth barhaus i hyrwyddo cyrsiau ar-lein Solihull Approach yn fawr iawn.

Diolch yn fawr,

Tîm Iechyd Cyhoeddus BIPBC
Dear all,

Just before half term we asked for your support in sharing the survey (please see within link below.) So far we have only received six responses.

To increase the promotion of Solihull Approach courses, we would love to receive more feedback from families who have started or completed any of the courses.

What can you do to help?

To achieve this, we would appreciate your support to encourage families to complete a survey. Capturing their thoughts will help us to demonstrate the value of the courses in supporting families across North Wales. The form shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to complete and will be anonymous.

We will keep the survey live for the next 12 months in order to collate responses. The survey can be accessed through this link and can be shared with the families you work with as and when you see fit.

If you work within a school or preschool setting we’d be grateful if you could share the survey link in your next Newsletter or on your School Gateway app.
To register on to any of Solihull Approach courses, simply go to www.inourplace.co.uk and apply the NWSOL access code.
As always, your continuous support to promote Solihull Approach Online courses is very much appreciated.

Many thanks,
